The proceedings of the XXXVIII edition of our conference will form a dedicated volume of Acta Physica Polonica B Proceedings series, to be published in early 2026.

All work presented at the conference (oral presentations and posters) is eligible for publication in the conference proceedings dedicated volume, following referee review. The length of the submitted papers should not exceed 12 pages for invited talks, 8 pages for the contributed talks, and 6 pages for poster and oral poster presentations.  For your convenience, we prepared a template according to the requirements of the journal and the style file (tex template, style file).

All contributions will be refereed. We remind you that only novel, original work should be submitted and that copyright will be transferred to the Editor.

The manuscripts should be submitted via the Acta Phys. Pol. Submission Portal (https://www.actaphys.uj.edu.pl/sp/) not later than October 31, 2025. You will need to register first to be able to use the portal. Please remember to select the option “Mazurian Lakes 2025” during the submission.
